2011-2012 Awards Ballot
The top nominees for the WestField annual awards have been determined! We are pleased to recognize each nominee for their involvement, dedication, and contributions of time, resources, and service to the WestField Chapter. Please take the time to vote for the member in each category who you feel should be recognized as the winner this year. Also, make sure you register to attend the Awards Dinner on June 13th at the Larchmont Yacht Club to applaud all nominees and the winners! For more information and to register, please click here.
Before you vote, please note the following:
• Votes are accepted only through this official online form.
• You will need your member # and the password (eggplant) to complete your vote. If you need a reminder of your member # or have any difficulties, please email info@mpiwc.org.
• You may only vote for one candidate for each award.
• Voting closes at midnight on Friday May 25, 2012.
• All winners will be announced and recognized at the Awards Dinner on June 13th at the Larchmont Yacht Club
